This Virginia-based company is set to move into Texas by winter 2025. By strategically securing prime land in advance and leveraging their expertise in land development, CFP Land aims to create a dynamic hub that will support the company's growth while enhancing the local economy.
The follow up project in Texas is a light industrial business park. The upcoming business park will feature 8-10 stand-alone flex space office/warehouses, each 10,000-12,000 square feet with private exterior storage yards and ample parking for both staff and patrons. Designed with sustainability in mind, the development will incorporate green technologies such as permeable pavement, biobonds, solar power, and geothermal energy to create an eco-friendly and efficient environment for businesses to thrive. This project is part of an exciting expansion initiative, where CFP Land will begin to duplicate what they have done in Virginia.
